Everything in the register built for 50 Hz grids: a 388 MW GE 9FA combined cycle plant, a 130 MW GE 9E, a 200 MW Siemens V94.2 block, a 60 MW Škoda steam turbine, a generator, two transformers and a set of blades, plus four GE TM2500 mobile units that run at either frequency. Held by Genloop as principal and delivered as one scope.
Suited to utilities and IPPs in Europe, Africa, Australia and most of Asia and the Middle East, where grids run at 50 Hz, and to developers there who need firm capacity before a new machine can be delivered. Frequency is fixed by the machine, so a 50 Hz project starts with 50 Hz equipment. Every unit is held or controlled by Genloop; specifications, records and pricing are shared directly under NDA.
Most of the world outside the Americas: Europe, Africa, Australia, and most of Asia and the Middle East. North and Central America and parts of South America run at 60 Hz, as do a few countries elsewhere, including Saudi Arabia, South Korea and the Philippines. Japan uses both, 50 Hz in the east and 60 Hz in the west.
Rarely at a sensible cost. A single-shaft heavy frame turns at the speed its grid demands, 3,000 rpm for 50 Hz and 3,600 rpm for 60 Hz, and its compressor and turbine are designed around that speed. Some aeroderivative packages reach both frequencies, the TM2500 among them. The practical answer for a 50 Hz project is a machine built for 50 Hz.
That depends on the unit, and each unit page gives its scope. The GE 9FA plant and the Siemens V94.2 block are complete combined cycle blocks with their steam turbines and heat recovery steam generators. Every unit is inspected by Genloop’s own engineers, and its records are shared directly under NDA.
Nothing here is a spec sheet with a contact button. Equipment leaves Genloop restored, warrantied, and delivered, with one firm accountable end to end.
Fixed-scope refurbishment at the industry's principal shops, warrantied to OEM standard.
Condition and title verified on site, directly with owners, before a unit enters this register.
Dismantling, export compliance, and transport handled as one scope, insured throughout.
Field engineering and EPC coordination through first fire, with O&M planning and spares.
Every asset here began as someone's idle investment. Recovery is where it came from; redeployment is where it goes.
